Meet Brittany...
The person connecting it all.
Hi, I’m Brittany Birch, founder, event producer, creative liaison, and the person usually asking, “But how is this actually going to feel in the room?”

I sit in that sweet spot between a big creative idea and the practical reality of making sure it all actually works.

I understand budgets, timelines, suppliers, stakeholders, last-minute changes, and the very real pressure of being the person responsible for pulling an event together. But I’m also the one looking at the brief and thinking about what else is possible. Who should be in the room? What could make this feel less expected? Where’s the moment people are going to remember afterwards?

Because for me, an event isn’t just a venue, a run sheet, and some entertainment.

It’s the whole experience. The energy when people arrive, the details they notice without realising, the way each element connects, and whether the event actually makes people feel, think, connect, or respond in the way you intended.

That’s the part I love bringing together.
